Spring yellow meets Art Deco
A wedding full of the joys of spring at Dimplewell Lodge
It really was a day full of the joys of spring for Charlotte and Mikey’s wedding.
The sun was out the skies were blue and there was daffodils and daisies galore. Charlotte and Mikey’s beautiful spring wedding, which took place at their local church, was followed by a reception at the gorgeous boutique hotel Dimple Well Lodge in West Yorkshire.
Their spring wedding theme was yellow florals and silver with a vintage feel and a hint of Art Deco. The finished stationery design included a pretty bespoke wreath of daisies, daffodils and eucalyptus and to bring in that vintage vibe, Art Deco inspired fonts and banners were featured. The invitation was gate-fold style, where all the important information was all together in one place, printed on pearlised card and finished with silver bows.
On the wedding day itself, Charlotte walked down the aisle to Mikey performing their entrance song, pretty sure there was not a dry eye in the church. Wedding transport was a vintage camper van in lemon yellow and an absolute show stopper of a cake which was designed to match in with the stationery design – how lovely.
Wedding day stationery followed the same theme as their invitations and featured, favour pin badge name cards, table numbers, a vintage framed seating plan, and memorial sign.
A really pretty perfect spring wedding in every way.
